This year, as its celebrates its 12th anniversary, the festival invites you to enjoy a rich program of 19 films, continuing its tradition of highlighting contemporary Turkish cinema and Turkish filmmakers. We are proud to present you North America and U.S. premieres of many films in our program. We are also delighted to announce that the 2013 Boston Turkish Film Festival Excellence in Turkish Cinema Award recipient is acclaimed director Erden Kıral. Award Ceremony will take place following the screening of Load (Yük).
Co-presented with the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston.
It is also our distinct honor to be announcing a special concert series in the music program of the festival in April; particularly to be hosting eminent Turkish pianist Gulsin Onay, as well as young and talented musicians of ""Taxim Square".
