Tragicomic story of Bahadır, an aspiring 35-year-old director who spends his life making cheap television films inspired by the stories of folk songs. On the face of it, everything stands between him and his ambition to make films like his idol, Tarkovsky.

Director MURAT DÜZGÜNOĞLU

Murat DuzgunogluMurat Düzgünoğlu studied Cinema & TV at Mimar Sinan and Marmara Universities. Between 2003 and 2006 he directed ten TV films. In 2008, he made his debut feature, The Salt of Life, which won the Special Jury Prize at Bursa Silk Road Film Festival.
