SYNOPSIS

Breath is the story of 40 soldiers and their commanding officer, who are charged with guarding a military post on Karabal Hill, very close to the Iraqi border in southeast Turkey. These young people have to perform the formidable task of protecting their homeland, which means being permanently ready, awake and alert for mortal combat which might take place any second. They must also survive very tough physical conditions of a desolate corner of the country. But at the same time they experience and have to deal with challenges from their own life away from home; all the grief, joy, sorrow and quandaries…
